BROOKE MARKEVICIUS

Brooke Markevicius is the Founder and CEO of Allobee, an virtual gig economy of freelance services powered by moms. After getting her Masters in Computer Information Systems from Boston University she went on to work for Postmates and helped to launch their southeast markets. After having her daughter, and experiencing a non-flexible and mom friendly work environment she decided to quit her job for freelance web development. Three years later, she co-founded a co-working space for moms in Tacoma, WA, which sparked the idea for her current company, Allobee. She is also the host of MOMentum Radio Podcast, mom to Lily (5) & Lukas (2), and married to her soulmate Edgar. Brooke lives in Durham, North Carolina and is currently writing her first book which will come out in 2021.
